Immortal Love

Yeah it's Friday and that means a new image on the Sassy Studios Design site at Paper Craft Planet.  This image is Immortal Love and is available today only.  I have colored the image with Copics and the Challenge this week is to make it sparkle.  I have added some glitter to the circles left from the corner shapes and I used a sparkle paper from Bazzil and a couple sheets of paper from Recollections.   I used a Spellbinders die to cut the corner shapes and then I smeared them with a glitter rub that I had left from some project.  I have decided that I need to practice a little more with glitter.
Take a few minutes to stop over at the Paper Craft Planet site and see what the rest of the DT has done with this image and join in the challenge.  Thanks for looking and have a great day.  And stop by the Sassy Studio Designs Site and check out the new images available this weekend.

Merry Christmas

Today I am posting the entry I used to apply for the Sassy Studio Designs DT.   This image was on the site and we were to color and submit it when we applied. It's getting closer to Christmas and I thought it was time to finally post it. She is called Christmas Present and I have colored her with Copics.  I have used last years Paper Studio paper and red glitter paper from Stampin' Up.  I made the tag with a punch to look like  gift tag and I added snow flakes that are waxed  paper and spritzed with Glimmer Mist and have been cut using the Northern Frost die from Stampin' Up. The corner pieces are an EK Success Punch that has been around forever and some red ribbon from my stash. Thanks for looking and have a great day.

This card is also made for the new Challenge at Tammys Scrapin Corner.  The challenge is Anything Goes and our sponsors are Sassy  Studio Designs and Eureka Stamps.  This is Katniss Girl of Fire Sassy from Sassy Studio Designs and I have colored her with Copics.  She is mounted on several layers of lavender card stock and embellished with roses from I Am Roses that I have colored with my Copics to match the dress.  I have also added Stickles Diamond Dust to add just a little more sparkle.  My sentiment is computer generated and punched with a Stampin' Up punch.

Joy

It's time for another challenge at Tammy's Scrapin Corner.  This week is Anything Goes and our sponsors are Sassy Studio Designs and Eureka Stamps.  This image is from Eureka Stamps and is called Christmas Kitties.  I have colored it with Copics and had such fun with it; the center kitty was my favorite to color and I do love a big fluffy kitty.  They are so great when you run your hand through that soft fur.  Back to my card...the glittered snowflakes and Joy came from a Walmart pack of large confetti in the Christmas aisles.  My paper is from DCWV with the glitter already added.  It's just the time of year to use the glitter.
Now head on over to Tammy's Scrapin Corner and see what the rest of the DT has created and join in the challenge, remember it's anything goes and now you do need to be a follower to claim a prize.  Thanks for looking and have a great day.  I am entering the following challenges.

Celebrate the Little Stuff

Its time for another Challenge at Tammy's Scrapin Corner and this week the theme is Anything Fall.  Our sponsors the week are A Day for Dasies and DigiDarla Designs.  This image is "Papa and Me" and it's from A day for Dasies. I think this image could speak to almost everyone.  I of course used my Copics to color and then used a Stampin' Up  black ink and leaf image to make my "frame".  I then cut the corners carefully around the leaf so the image would fit inside just like a frame.  I stamped a couple extras in another shade of cardstock and cut them completely and mounted them right on top of the first stamped image.  My sentiment is from Technique Tuesday.

Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Enjoy the Journey

It's time for another Challenge at Tammy's Scrapin Corner, and this week the theme is Anything Fall.  Our sponsors this week are DigiDarla Designs and A Day For Dasies.  This image is from DigiDarla Designs and is called "Mountain Biker" and I have colored it with Copics.  I have added fall leaves from a pick I had in my stash.  The flowers are from Recollections and I added a few extra sparkles of chunky glitter and a couple of rhinestones.  My sentiment is computer Generated and it's all been mounted on Bazzil Cardstock.

Take a few minutes to go see what the rest of the DT has created and enter this weeks challenge.  We are always looking for a guest designer and if your interested you can add GTD after your name when you link up for the challenge.  Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Blog Hop

It's a Blog Hop.   Sassy Studio Designs is celebrating 800 followers on the Paper Craft Planet site and Lindsay has a new image just to celebrate.  She is Shady Sassy -inspired by "Fifty Shades of Gray" and for a short time you can get her free HERE, and the is also a challenge, and prizes so pop over to see the rules. Please leave me a comment before you go, I love to hear from you.  You should have arrived from Susan's outstanding  site I'm sure you were thrilled by her creative take on Shady Sassy.  If you have missed anything go back and start from the beginning at SSD.

I have colored her with Copics and I'm not in the challenge so I had to add just a little red.  I have used several layers of paper from my stash that have been cut using the Stampin' Up Apothecary dies.  I have added black flourishes from a Sizzix die set.  Then mounted it on DCWV cardstock from the All Dressed Up Stack, with the glitter already on the paper.  The next stop along the hop is the very talented Mary and I'm sure you will love her wonderful creation.
