Great Gifts to Give Blog Hop

QKR Stampede (Nov 1st) and Eureka Stamps (Nov 2nd) are having a sister shop - blog hop to showcase some great gifts you can make with the stamps that are available at the stores.  You should have arrived here after seeing the great projects on Emily's Blog and if you didn't you should go back and start at the beginning and see all of the great projects that everyone has made.  I have made 4 mini albums using QKR Stampede images colored with Copics, each book a little different, that I will be giving as gifts this year.  I made each album using the heavy cardboard backs from my 12 x 12 paper packs and cut them to 6 x 6.  Then covered with cardstock and papers that I love.  The actual pages are 5.75 x 5.75 and glued folded to make the album.  Some have ribbon to tie the book closed and some have a button with gold cord.

Let's look at the Zoo Trip - I used 3 images Digi 24330 Zebra, 2316 Giraffe, & 24334 Leopard, which colored up so easy and made this project come together quick.   Then I found coordinating papers and some stickers for the title.  This book is for one my grandkids and I will need to make 2 more, so they can each have one.  Here are a few close up photos of the inside.

I had better show the finished one with the photos inside.

Now have a look at the Western Recipe Round Up - I used 3 digi images for this book:  9204 Cowboy Boot,  12814 Playing Cowboys, & 14101 Dinner Time.  I added a few "Western" Recipes with pictures attached and mounted all of this on some rustic looking papers

Next I have 2 Christmas themed albums, both covers look the same  and the insides are different, and I used 3 more images - 15701 Holly, 19603 Pine Cone Accent, &  15702 Pine Sprig.  One book is for my Mother-in-Law, sort of a Christmas memory book and the other I did up as a Favorite Family Recipes of Christmas.

Please remember to leave a comment for a chance to win 2 images and also leave a comment on each of the sponsor sites for the chance to win a Grand Prize of 6 images from that site, and then you can head off to Bettina's Blog and see her great projects.  Thanks for looking and have a great day.  And since this hop will run for 7 days you have time to get the comments entered.  One more thing, if you like what you've seen you can become a follower too, I'm really close to reaching 100 followers and I will have a little candy after I hit that mark.
