Eureka Stamps Challenge # 106 Use a Floral Paper
Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "Use a Floral Paper." I have colored this great image 22901 Seasons Greetings Cardinal with Copics. Then just layered it on some cardstock and floral paper.
