QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week the challenge is  "Hearts."  I have used "24155 Turtle Love " and colored it with Copics and fussy cut. It's mounted on some dp and cardstock and I added a paper rose, a chipboard shape and ribbon to hold it on.
