QKR Stampede Challenge #149 Swimming
QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week the challenge is "Swimming." I have used "6701 Sailor" and colored with Copics & fussy cut, then mounted on some paper that I will pretend look like waves or bubbles in the water. I used some spellbinder die cuts and a SU greeting. I think it looks like the manatee is talking to the sea horse.

Brown Sugar Challenges Anything Goes
This will be my last post for Brown Sugar Challenges. I find myself being pulled in to many directions. But the challenge this week a new challenge is "Anything Goes" and is sponsored by Crafty Sentiments I have used a called "Summer Breeze" and colored her with Copics and cut her out with an oval die from Spellbinders. I did 2 cards with this image since I have needed so many birthday cards lately. Hey she actually fit in the die this time, I have a habit of going with the flow and never planning before hand. I have a strip of paper with a daisy print and 3 small daisies that were clipped from a ribbon strip that I received in a ribbon exchange I participated in a while back, and I added a small gem to the center of each to match the paper. The Happy Birthday stamp is one I have had forever and the name has worn off. I added a quick bow and I have another birthday card for a young girl. I have been needing a lot of these lately.
For the second card I used the same greeting, a piece of ribbon and a pretty brad, otherwise prett much the same.

Eureka Stamps Challenge #
Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "Christmas in July." I have colored this great image from QKR Stampede 5201 Santa Bear's List & 15710 Name Ain't There with Copics and then cut it out. I mounted it on paper that looks like a Christmas sweater and used an oval cut using a spellbinders die for the background. The greeting is punched out using a SU punch and layered using the same punch. I don't think this card even needs anything extra. I like it just the way it is.

Happy Birthday To You Sir!
Today I have some sample cards I have made using a little card kit that I have put together, in hopes of selling to mkae a little bit of money to help pay for some of the vacation expenses this year. I had purchased a paper pack a while back from Paper Studio called "Happy Birthday to You Sir." Since I hadn't used it yet I decided to try to make a kit with it. After making the kits I decided I had better make a few samples using it, so here is what I have come up with.
This first card used the turquoise cardstock as the card base and black cardstock to frame a couple of pieces of the patterned papers, then used the hello die cut and just 3 of the gems.
The second card used the other piece of turquoise cardstock as the base and then I used some of the red cardstock to frame one of the word sections. Then I used the dad die cut and a mustache brad to finish it.
The last card has the black cardstock as the base and a couple strips of the red cardstock a small piece of patterned paper and another section of printed words & image. I used a few more gems and another of the mustache brads to accent the tiny mustache the image had. This is only a small portion of the papers in the kit, so there are plenty more to make several more cards.
Kit Includes:
6 - Card stock (5.5" x 8.5")
14 - Patterned Papers 5.5" x 5.5"
3 - Patterned with Words &/or images
2 - Die Cut Words - (hello & Dad)
1 - Bling pack - (mustache brads & gems)
You can get this kit for $10.00 plus $3.00 Shipping. You can comment below or find me on Facebook and send an instant message. I only have a few. I had fun putting these kits together and making a few samples for everyone to see. You can also enjoy this kit. If your interested please let me know.

Eureka Stamps Challenge #149 At The Beach
Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "At The Beach." I have colored this great image 20102 Beach Boy with Copics and fussy cut him out. Then set him in the sandy beach made of kraft paper and 2 colors of glitter and too much glue. I had glitter and glue everywhere. I should have gave in and went uptown for some sandpaper. I have plenty of glitter on the card, but it's also all over me and everything close. I added a die cut hello from Lil Inkers to finish it. I love this hello die, it cuts with 1 pass every time.

Eureka Stamps Challenge #148 I See Stars
Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "I See Stars." I have used a couple of Greetings this week and no coloring, just printed and used them. For a CAS birthday card I used 4305(475) Happy Birthday Script and 8601 Super Kid. I did add a Wink of Stella on the stars to make them shine and then used some star bling and the background paper is also done up with an embossing folder of Stars.

QKR Stampede Challenge #146 For A Child
QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week the challenge is "For A Child." I have used "9410 Birthday Gator," (I know this is a hippo and not a gator but that is the name of the image) colored with Copics and did an out of the box cut using an oval die from Spellbinders. I made a banner for the side and used an SU punch and stamp for the happy birthday. To finish it off, I added a couple of pale pink dots on the side.
