QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week the challenge is "Birthday Cards." I have used "24212 Nature Discovery" and colored with colored pencils & Gamsol. I have added some pink gems and a bow. The dies are from SU and the greeting is computer generated and punched out using an SU punch.

Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "Pretty in Pink." I have colored this great image 17802 Wrapped up Kitty and Puppy with Copics & QKR Stampded 11203 Tied Up is printed on pink cardstock
the oval is cut using a Spellbinders die and I have added a flower brad with a millefiori in the center and another on my greeting. Then a twist of twine used to make children's necklaces was used to copy the twists of ribbon.

QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week the challenge is "Sketch." I have used "301 Bear and Butterfly" and colored with Copics and cut out. The oval is cut using a Spellbinders die and the Stitched area around the greeting is cut using a Lil Inkers Designs die. The butterflies are punched out using a SU punch and the greeting is computer generated. I forgot about the side area of our sketch so I had to add the ribbon at the last minute.

I have colored this great image 25402 Kitty Peeker with Copics, cut it out and cut an oval in the background paper using die from Spellinders. And printed the greeting 24202 Cats in Heaven and cut it out using a stitched rectangle die from Lil Inkers Design. The finishing touch is a bow made from twine.

Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "April Showers Bring May Flowers." I have colored this great image 9201 Daisy Bouquet with Copics. I know that daisies aren't red but I wanted to do something different. I have added some gems in the flower centers and at the top. I used a SU die to cut the image and background and did a computer generated greeting and did a strip of paper across the card for a quick and easy card.

Eureka Stamps & QKR Stampede both have the same challenge and this week it's "Feminine Cards/Mothers Day." I would love to be able to spend Mother's Day with my mom. She has been gone for many years and I still miss her more than words can ever express. I still make cards I know she would love and this is definitely one of them. I have painted this great image 14613 Flowers - QKR Stampede with Zig Watercolor Markers. The ovals are cut using Spellbinders dies and the butterfly is from a Cheerylynn die. The greeting is computer generated and a small piece of ribbon is added under it. I goofed and only did 1 card for both challenge this week. Oh well.
