Welcome to the Sassy Studio Designs Blog Hop & New Release. You should have arrived from my Sassy Sister Chris's Blog an if you didn't please go back and start at the beginning and see the great inspiration each has created. I have colored this great image "Waiting for Santa" using Copic Markers and a silver gel pen for the stars on her pjs. The background papers are from Recollections, the gold snowflakes are punched using a Martha Stewart punch, the silver snowflake was made using a Marianne Designs die with silver paper (and this paper didn't cut good) It seemed to have a layer of glue in between a layer of paper & a layer of glitter and that glue seemed to keep it from cutting correctly. My greeting is computer generated and punched with a Stampin' Up punch and the blue shape with gold outline is a new Stampin' Up die.
Please leave a comment for a chance to win this image before you hop off to see what Lindsay has created. Thanks for looking and have a great day. Remember to check back later in the week to see the list of winners.

Its's Beginning to look like Christmas
QKR Stampede has a new challenge up and this week it's "Beginning to Look Like Christmas." I have used 2 images and they are digi9411 Decorations and digi 17506 Christmas Border I colored the Christmas Border image twice and cut it out. One was left together and the other was cut apart and makes the left corner grouping. The Decorations images was cut using a Spellbinder oval die and framed with the larger die of the same ovals. I did the sentiment with an old punch I don't have a name left on it any more. A couple layers of paper from my stash completes the card.
Have a great day and thanks for looking.

Kitty Bee Designs has the Thankful challenge going for 1 more week. I have colored this cute bunny with heart image and made up a quick Thank You card. I used a Spellbinder die to cut the oval and a Stampin' Up punch for the sentiment. I added a little bling and some snow flake paper from Recollections.

Thankful for Surviving Another Thanksgiving
QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week it's "Thankful" and I have colored this digi 15904 Thanksgiving Feast, added a great ribbon and some flowers on top of some colorful papers and I am quite pleased with the results. Not much time here since my post is already late. Computer problems and too much for my brain to try to remember.
Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Thank You
KittyBee Designs has a new challenge up and this week the challenge is "Thank You." I have colored this cute dog image and mounted it on papers in the brown and blue colors that I love. The Thank You is from Stampin' Up and is cut using Stampin' Up punch. The "have a doggone good day" is computer generated. I am sitting here thankful that I got this posted. I have had computer problems all day and thought I would never get finished. Now I have it finished and I am thankful that I live right here in town, because it's snowing and I only have a ten minute drive to work instead of the 30 minutes I used to drive.
Thanks for looking and have a great day.

This is the revised card done in the white on white, with non traditional colors. Below is he first version that I didn't read my instructions correctly I have colored her in pinks and purples. The background papers are also pink. I added pink card stock cut with a die from Marianne Designs, a pink bow, and my sentiment that was punched using a Stampin' Up punch.

Great Gifts to Give Blog Hop
QKR Stampede (Nov 1st) and Eureka Stamps (Nov 2nd) are having a sister shop - blog hop to showcase some great gifts you can make with the stamps that are available at the stores. You should have arrived here after seeing the great projects on Emily's Blog and if you didn't you should go back and start at the beginning and see all of the great projects that everyone has made. I have made 4 mini albums using QKR Stampede images colored with Copics, each book a little different, that I will be giving as gifts this year. I made each album using the heavy cardboard backs from my 12 x 12 paper packs and cut them to 6 x 6. Then covered with cardstock and papers that I love. The actual pages are 5.75 x 5.75 and glued folded to make the album. Some have ribbon to tie the book closed and some have a button with gold cord.
Let's look at the Zoo Trip - I used 3 images Digi 24330 Zebra, 2316 Giraffe, & 24334 Leopard, which colored up so easy and made this project come together quick. Then I found coordinating papers and some stickers for the title. This book is for one my grandkids and I will need to make 2 more, so they can each have one. Here are a few close up photos of the inside.
Next I have 2 Christmas themed albums, both covers look the same and the insides are different, and I used 3 more images - 15701 Holly, 19603 Pine Cone Accent, & 15702 Pine Sprig. One book is for my Mother-in-Law, sort of a Christmas memory book and the other I did up as a Favorite Family Recipes of Christmas.
Please remember to leave a comment for a chance to win 2 images and also leave a comment on each of the sponsor sites for the chance to win a Grand Prize of 6 images from that site, and then you can head off to Bettina's Blog and see her great projects. Thanks for looking and have a great day. And since this hop will run for 7 days you have time to get the comments entered. One more thing, if you like what you've seen you can become a follower too, I'm really close to reaching 100 followers and I will have a little candy after I hit that mark.
I had better show the finished one with the photos inside.
Now have a look at the Western Recipe Round Up - I used 3 digi images for this book: 9204 Cowboy Boot, 12814 Playing Cowboys, & 14101 Dinner Time. I added a few "Western" Recipes with pictures attached and mounted all of this on some rustic looking papers

Bee Happy
Kitty Bee Designs still has the challenge going for "Black White and 1 more color, so I have a mid challenge inspiration here. I have used this cute Bee image and colored it Copics and layered it on several papers. The wings have some Stickles added just because I think wings need to sparkle. The yellow paper has been punched using a Martha Stewart punch and the black was cute with a Spellbinders Die. I had a tag, ribbon, and some yellow ribbon flowers.
We had a great time out there last night trick or treating. The weather was good and I haven't see so many kids out there having fun for several years. I even saw a couple of kids dressed up looking just like my bee. Thanks for looking and have a great day.
