Eureka Stamps Challenge #131 Anything Goes

Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "Anything Goes."  I have colored this great image  15701 Flower Angel with Copics and fussy cut her out; all in a sepia looking monotone. I also printed the "9803 Life is Fragile" greeting and punched it out with a SU punch.  I have added a little lace and some dots.
