Eureka Stamps Challenge #178 Add SomeSparkle

Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "Add Some Sparkle."  I have used these great images  13803(463) Girl Balloon Holder, 24803(323) Glitter, & 8203(418) Round Balloon  and colored with pink Copics and added some Stickles. I also added some candy dots with a little sparkle in them.
