Celebrate

Today Sassy Studio Designs is sponsoring a challenge over at Chocolate, Coffee and Cards.  The challenge is to be inspired by the the photo, (you can pop over to their site and check out the photo.)  I have used Ballroom Babe and colored her with Copics,  then fussy cut her out and mounted her on these fantastic papers from DCWV.  The scroll is a die from Marianne Designs.  The flowers is from Michael's.  The ribbon is from my stash and the greeting is computer generated and punched out with a Stampin' Up punch.
