Eureka Stamps Challenge #181 Tic-Tac-Toe

Eureka Stamps has a new challenge and this week it's "Tic-Tac-Toe."  I have colored this great image  19101 White Swan with Copics and cut it out with Sizzix dies and embossed using Design Objectives and Paper Studio folders. I filled in the top row of the tic-tac-toe board. I have added rhinestone gems, flowers, a bow from ribbon, and in the center of the flowers are brads that look like buttons. There is also Stickles on the swan for a little shimmer.
