QKR Stampede Challenge # 139 Balloons

QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week the challenge is  "Balloons."  I have used "8201 Floating Away " and colored with Copics. It is mounted on some cardstock what has been embossed with a Sizzix folder Cloud design. I was going for a color combo that looked good until I see the photo.  Now I'm not so sure.  The Happy Birthday is a new die I just bought and it's from Simon Says Stamp.
