QKR Stampede Challenge #141 Bath Time

QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week the challenge is  "Bath Time."  I have used "1801 Dog Bath" and colored with Copics. It has been cut out and layered on a Spellbinders die cut and orange cardstock embossed using a Sizzix folder.  Then I added a bow made from twill tape.
