QKR Stampede Challenge #140 Children's Birthday

QKR Stampede has a new challenge and this week the challenge is  "Children's Birthday."  I have used "24176 Little Cowboy" and it colored with Copics and cut out using a Spellbinders die. I also cut out a few of the flowers from my background paper and used foam mounting tape for dimension.  The greeting is from SU and so is the little bit of twine I added to the one flower.
