Congratulations

This card is my first post as a Designer for the Kitty Bee Designs Team.  The challenge this week is Congratulations, and I have used this cute owl image and colored it with Copics, and fussy cut it out. The die is from Lea abilities, and I have also added a couple of gems from my stash.
